Founder of the WIH Group™, she works at the intersection of human development, systems transformation, and large-scale cultural platforms.
Her career includes major international productions in Brazil, Broadway-caliber musicals, national tours, award-winning shows, and immersive collaborations with La Fura dels Baus, such as CieloArte and Murs.
Lilian Cordeiro
Co-founder of WIH, she built an award-winning acting career with four international and two national awards for her performances.
She expanded her work into production, combining artistic sensibility, strategy, mindset, and human development to create transformative experiences for women.
Managed tens of millions in fundraising, ticket sales, and partnerships with major sponsors, financial institutions, and global brands.
Caroline Roehrig
WIH was born out of a vision, but also out of experience.
Before creating WIH, its founders built careers spanning art, cultural production, human development, strategy, fundraising, and large-scale experiences.
